Your account is billed on a monthly basis per the Service Plan selected upon sign up. Any overage billing usage outside of monthly plan amount is billed in addition. Please review our product plans and pricing or contact our Customer Service Team at 800 281 1073 for assistance.
Ladera Billing Systems are automated and you may review your calls and account balance via your customer web portal as well as make upgrade services, add numbers or update current credit card information in the event of loss or replacement credit card.
In the event credit cards cannot be validated upon entry or updating, services will not be allowed! We recommend updating your credit card information immediately in the event a new card is issued or cancellation of existing card. You can do this easily via your customer service web portal or contact Customer Service at 800 281 1073 for assistance.
